Cancellation Timeline
Our cancellation policy is based on the number of days before the scheduled safari date:
- 90+ Days:Full refund — no cancellation charges
- 89-60 Days:25% deduction — 75% refund
- 59-30 Days:50% deduction — 50% refund
- Less than 29 Days:No refund — 100% cancellation charges apply
Payment Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction.
Park Closure
If the park closes unexpectedly due to weather conditions, government orders, or any other unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued for affected safaris. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
